Returns & Refund Policy, Order Cancellations

We offer a hassle free 15 day return policy on our returnable** products. If you do not like a product or it does not fit well, then we will refund you after deducting Rs. 100 as pickup & handling charges, also any COD/shipping charges paid will be non refundable. If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will send free replacement or accept return without deducting pickup & handling charges but here also any  shipping/COD charges paid will not be refunded. Please follow these steps to initiate a return :-

  1. Email us at support@bajaraindia.com or call us or Whatsapp at 9898049325 with 15 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order.***We offer reverse pick up for majority of pincodes in India. But if reverse pick up is not available for your pincode, then we would request you to send the product back to us at the following address and we will add an extra Rs. 50 to your bank transfer.

Used, washed, damaged or laundered products can not be returned/exchanged. Products tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.                                                                              
  3. Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must to be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. Also the product tags should be intact with its original packing, else we will not be able to process your return. Reverse Pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
  4. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
  5. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will refund you via bank transfer

** Used, washed, damaged or laundered products can not be returned/exchanged. Products tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange

lease Note:

  • We can only offer exchanges based on availability of size upon receiving the return product and not before that.
  • Please allow up to 3 working days to get your bank transfer after we have received the return product.
  • Images on the website are clicked with lighting effect due to which sometimes the colour of actual product may vary from the image taken.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable for International orders
  • We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of India. In case you want to return or exchange a product, please send it to the following address :

Cancel the order?

Once an order is placed it can be cancelled until the order is dispatched. Please call us on 9898049325 or email us at support@banjaraindia.com to cancel your order. If the order is shipped, we can not cancel the order. In case you reject COD order is rejected, we will not be able to offer you COD service for any subsequent order.
