return/exchange service is pathetic

I have requested an exchange bcz of size was one size small, returned the product, tried to reach out customer service, nobody picked the call, somehow I got an hold on watsapp msg, I was told that the replacement is dispatching but never received the product or any update on delivery, again inquired via watsapp then I was told we don't have the size available so we are refunding the amount. This whole exchange process time period is 3 weeks, now I am waiting for my refund to be shown in my account. If anyone is buying from this website and in case you want to exchange then prepare your self to be harassed by their pathetic and extremely poor customer service.
